Interior design of a lounge area next to the reception of an office building in Brussels.

Here the brief was to create a modular and elegant design that could harmoniously fit into the surrounding space and allow for multiple setups while providing a quiet environment for visitors and guests. Our client wanted to inject some colour into the monochrome open space, yet without going too playful or loud, nor creating a contrast with the building’s corporate vibe.

For them, we imagined a refined oasis at dusk, aimed at bringing the outdoors inside and offering guests a moment of tranquillity and peace. To achieve this feeling, we proposed a palette made of ochres, warm greens and soft browns, brought to life through natural materials like lava stone, wool, minerals and wood.

Armless chairs and bespoke low tables can be put together in different layouts, providing flexible setups. In the background, a natural panoramic wallpaper lushly embraces the lounge.
